One of the common practices when writing code or variable names is to use the CamelCase format. CamelCase is a writing style where each word is capitalized except the first word. For example, "CamelCaseExample" is an example of text written in CamelCase. This technique is popular because it makes the text more readable and easier to understand, especially when words are compounded. Another popular formatting technique is the use of alternating text, where upper and lower case letters are alternated within a word. For example, "aLtErNaTiNg TeXt" is an example of alternating text. This formatting style can be used to highlight keywords or to make the text more visually appealing. In addition, you can use bold, italic, and strikethrough text to highlight important words or phrases. Bold is used to highlight keywords or important titles, while italic is used to emphasize specific words or to give emphasis to a quote. Strikethrough text is used to indicate that text has been crossed out or removed. Finally, it is important to remember that when using these formatting techniques, it is important to be careful not to overdo it. Overformatting can make the text difficult to read and turn away the reader. Use these techniques in moderation and always keep the readability of the text in mind. In summary, the use of formatting techniques such as CamelCase, alternating text, bold, italic, and strikethrough text can improve the quality of your content and make it more visually appealing. Remember to use these techniques in moderation and always prioritize the readability of the text. We created this tool to provide a solution to a problem we've faced many times: manually converting text to a new format. For example: when we write a text all in capitals by mistake and only notice it at the end, it can be tiring to rewrite all the text, but if it were possible to capitalize only the first letter of each sentence with a few clicks it would make the task much more productive . From the need for a solution to the problem we commented on and other similar ones, we decided to create this tool.
How does the tool work?
All content entered in the form on this page will be processed directly in the user's browser, therefore data processing is not done on our servers, the conversion is carried out on the user's own device and therefore the data does not leave their device.
Upper and Lower
For each character of the alphabet we can find two representations in the table ASCII, representing the character as uppercase or lowercase letters. During the conversion process in some of the styles mentioned above, we change a character for the representation we want, which can be upper or lower case.
Bold, italic and strikethrough
The ASCII table does not cover bold, italic or strikethrough characters, for that we use the default Unicode. The Unicode standard allows us to present various representations that we want for various writing systems.
